Can we do returns?

No, we cannot deal with returns directly. You can talk to the store you purchased it from who can then deal with the return for you. All products that are returned will be marked as spoiled and sent to the BCC to be destroyed.

What if I’m a licensed dealer, but not in California?

Sorry, we can only deal with licensed retailers, distributors and event coordinators within California.
